Lloyd Daniel's mum has urged fans to get behind her son's bid to win this year's X Factor.
Lisa told Walesonline that she believes that Lloyd has a lot more to offer the reality TV talent show.
She said: "He's still coming into his own so he really deserves to stay in.
"I hope that Wales will get behind him this week and keep him in the X Factor.
She said that she was proud of Lloyd's success in the singing contest and added that she thinks her boy is a natural talent.
Lisa added: "He's done brilliantly, he's got no stage experience or had any singing lessons, it's just his raw talent."
Lloyd recently hit the headlines when a report claimed that he threatened to quit The X Factor after being upset by comments made by judge Louis Walsh after his performance last Saturday night.
Walsh said: "I can't believe Lloyd is still here."
On the Xtra Factor he added: "'I thought it would have been Lloyd in the bottom two because he's been there, like, three times.
"Olly [Murs] did not deserve to be in the bottom two."
Lloyd is believed to have broken down in tears following the programme and told the X Factor producers: "I'm going, I can't carry on."
A show insider claimed: "Lloyd was in a terrible state after the show. It has got a bit too much for him.
"Being told that you belong in the bottom two is devastating for any of the contestants and Lloyd is really young."
They added: "Also, when he was not put into the bottom two, the audience started booing loudly, which is a lot to take on for a young lad.
"He will be okay, he just had a knock on Sunday night and the pressure is really on. After all, there's only three weeks left on the show."
