The rumour that JLS have secured a major record deal has been supported by a claim that the lads have just bought an expensive flat in London, says a report in the Star.
It was widely reported last week that JLS had secured a deal with Epic Records and now Marvin Humes, 23, Jonathan Gill (JB), 21, Oritse Williams, 21 and Aston Merrygold, 20, have apparently spent some of their advance on a plush four-bedroom flat in Princess Park Manor in North London.

Residents at the exclusive development will be concerned that legions of the boyband's hysterical fans will repeat the scenes that were witnessed outside the X Factor house in December.
Then, hundreds of screaming girls camped on the street so they could get a glimpse of their idols. Band member, Marvin Humes confirmed that one obsessed fan even posted herself to the 23-year-old singer.
A recent report claimed that JLS had been offered the deal after being snubbed by Simon Cowell who said that he was only going to sign Alexandra Burke to his label Syco.
Cowell stated that Syco wanted to concentrate on launching the career of the X Factor winner, who they believe has the potential to become a global star.
There has been no official confirmation of the deal between JLS and Epic but the label are famous for their work with R'n'B and soul acts.
