Blur now doing short set at T in the Park?

It had been rumoured that Graham Coxon had taken ill but T in the Park organiser Geoff Ellis came on stage a short while ago to confirm the Blur guitarist has been taken to hospital.

No announcement has been made yet as to whether Blur will play, but a source said they are hopeful the band will perform a short set.

Will this be enought to pacify fans?

Many are already upset at the thought of not getting to see the headliners they paid good money for, but circumstances are outwith the bands control and everyone hopes Coxon is well.

We are still awaiting the official line and will update information as soon as we hear.

Let's hope it's nothing serious and the band can play, giving fans get the perfect ending to another fantastic festival.
