The Dundee favourites are already getting the party started with some 'light refreshments' and plan to party the entire weekend, making the most of yet another T in the Park experience.
We caught up with Kyle and Kieran from the band who told us they love playing at T because it's playing to their home-crowd. The Dundee massive are heading to T in the Park and the boys promise that their headline set in the King Tut's tent tonight, is going to blow the crowd away.
Whilst many bands state the same thing, the fact is, The View can say it with conviction as their T in the Park sets have become a legendary part of the festival. They turn the tent into a party that would put an episode of Skins to shame and if you are trying to preserve your hair for the weekend, the beer throwing means this is not the place to be.
But if you want the most high energy set from boys who are quite literally 'mad for it' (copyright the Gallgher brothers), this is the perfect way to round of your first night at T.
When we spoke to the lads, Kieran was slightly disappointed that he had forgotten his favourite hat. But what he lacked in headgear, Kyle made up for with an interesting pearl earring sneaking through his curls. Well it is Fancy-Dress Friday after all!
The View boys are planning on camping the entire weekend and catching up with fellow Dundonians, The Law.
They are set to be one of the must-see bands at this year's festival.
