T in the Park: more day tickets released

Those looking to spend T in the Park in a bit of a Blur have a second chance to grab day tickets after a limited amount went on sale today.

To ensure any music fans who have decided to join the party at Balado at the last minute don’t resort to buying from ticket touts, organisers have held back a small number of day tickets which will be released today through Ticketmaster – www.ticketmaster.co.uk and 08444 999 990.

There’s a limited quantity, so they need to be quick. They can also still book to travel to site by the greenest and quickest option on Citylink coaches at www.citylink.co.uk

20,000 thousand early bird campers will be heading to T in the Park later today to pick the first pitches in the legendary campsite. The early bird tickets sold out yesterday as just under a quarter of T in the Parkers decided they wanted to kick the party off early and enjoy the campsite entertainment on offer for some Thursday frolics.

It’s estimated that 24 nationalities of music fans will be joining Kings of Leon, The Killers, Blur and Snow Patrol at the festival this weekend.

There’s also a small line-up change. Due to illness, Orphans and Vandals won’t be able to play their BBC Introducing Stage slot, they’re replaced by Alex Gardener.
