Bombay Bicycle Club appeared at their second ever T in the Park, looking forward to soaking up the atmosphere conveyed by the music-loving Scottish crowd.
The band told stv.tv they are no strangers to playing in Scotland and that Glasgow almost feels like their second home.
The London lads also discussed a change in direction for their music, moving away from the raucous feeling of debut album I Had The Blues But I Shook Them Loose, and going all out acoustic for their second record, Flaws, which is released tomorrow.
They revealed that they like the vulnerability of playing stripped back sets and are looking forward to kicking of their tour to coincide with the album release.
Although Bombay Bicycle Club have built up a cult following, they could be about to be massive throughout the world after Twilight author Stephenie Meyer chose the bands track How Can You Swallow So Much Sleep to feature on the Eclipse soundtrack.
Honoured to be featured alongside acts like Florence and the Machine and Muse, the Bombay lads admitted they aren’t the biggest fans of the Twilight movies but it was fantastic to be associated with such a popular film.
With that, the unassuming, unpretentious Bombay boys headed off for their set on the Red Bull Futures stage.
