Festival veterans Stereophonics have been on the scene for over a decade and tell us how they maintain a prime presence in the music scene.

Particularly welcomed by Scottish fans, stv.tv questioned the guys on why they think this is so and queried whether some sort of Celtic connection may be responsible.

As the creators of many a festival anthem we then went on to hear how it feels to have a field of fans singing back your lyrics at high volume.

The guys finished by giving us an insight into the secret of their success stating they "always try to be Stereophonics" and do their own thing regardless of trends and fashions.

Stereophonics are set to finish their current tour in November and plan to head back into the studio shortly after to work on yet more new material.

This is clearly, and thankfully, a band who are here to stay.
