stv.tv reporter Laura Boyd caught up with Daniel Merriweather after he played in the King Tut's Wah Wah Tent at T in the Park.
The auzzie was delighted to have played T in the Park and he told Laura: "T in the Park surpassed any other festival."
He added it was "100% better than any other festival."
So what made it so special?
Daniel said: "Scottish people have such an amazing sense of history and they know music... you know music and you know how to party, it makes you the best audience in the world."
Mr Merriweather was lovely although very rock n' roll as he hid his bottle of Jameson's whisky under the table as we spoke!
The singer enjoyed no2 position in the British charts with his debut album Love and War, released in June this year.
But he came to our attention after successful collaborations with Mark Ronson.
Laura asked him if he still speaks to Mark to which he replied: "We don't talk anymore, not till the wedding day on the 22nd November."
The cheeky star joked (or at least all female fans hope he was joking) that he's not allowed to see Ronson's dress untill the big day and that the stars have swapped promise rings.
We certainly had a Merry time with Daniel (pardon the pun) and look forward to his next single, Impossible.
