'Britain's Got Talent' singer Shaheen Jafargholi is ready to take on the challenge of beating 48-year-old virgin Susan Boyle to win the show.
The 12-year-old Welsh boy wowed the show's judges - Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan - with his rendition of Jackson 5 hit 'Who's Loving You', but admits he faces a hard task to beat Susan, the currently favourite to win after only two weeks of the show.
Shaheen said: "Susan's performance was amazing. I couldn't believe how impressive she was."
Susan has become a worldwide hit after her performance on last week's show, in which she stunned the judges and audiences with her version of Les Miserables song 'I Dreamed A Dream'.
She also won praise from US stars Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, after they posted a link to a video of her performance on the internet. Demi has however, also recommended Shaheen, writing "Wow this kid is something else!" on her Twitter blog.
Shaheen - who was stopped by Simon from singing his original choice of song, 'Valerie', which was made a hit by Amy Winehouse - says he's concentrating on his career and has vowed to stay grounded if he becomes a success.
He said: "I may be young but I'm so focused on what I want to do. I won't end up doing drugs or drinking or anything bad like that. I won't get any bad habits. Girls will have a part in my life but not for a while."
Shaheen's performance on Saturday (18.04.09) was seen by 13.5 million viewers, the biggest TV audience of the year so far.
