Ulrika Jonsson's nothing win

Ulrika Jonsson insists winning 'Celebrity Big Brother' means "nothing".

The TV presenter was the shock winner of this year's programme, beating former 'The Word' host Terry Christian into second place after scooping a 57 per cent share of the vote, and insists she never set out to win as it was "just a job" for her.

Ulrika, who was paid £175,000 to appear on the reality TV contest, said: "If anybody went into the house thinking it was a popularity contest that was not my approach.

"I never went in there hoping and wishing that I was going to win it because I was very popular.

"It was a job and it was an experience."

Terry - who said he had a "good laugh" in the house - admitted he was surprised to finish second and revealed he was unprepared to last so long.

He joked: "It's a massive surprise because I only had enough clean underwear for a week and a half."

The live series final, which took place on Friday (23.01.09) also saw 'Gangsta's Paradise' rapper Coolio - who had been accused of bullying female contestants - finish in third place, narrowly beating 'Austin Powers' star Verne Troyer and former A1 singer Ben Adams into fourth and fifth place respectively.
