Tracy Morgan's fiancee Megan Wollover is expecting a baby.

The '30 Rock' actor - who announced his engagement to Megan, 26, in September 2011, six months after he proposed - is thrilled with the impending arrival.

Tracy, 44, told People: ''I am over the moon excited and just want a happy and healthy baby and a safe delivery for Megan,''

This will be the fourth child for Tracy, who has three grown up sons from his 23-year marriage to ex-wife Sabrina, who he divorced in 2009.

Tracy recently revealed he hoped to have a daughter some day.

He said: ''You know what happiness is? Happiness is a simple thing, man. It's having something to look forward to.''

The comedian gave up drinking after he spiralled out of control following his split from Sabrina but he has had a number of health issues including diabetes and most notably kidney failure.

In 2010 he had a transplant after his ex-girlfriend donated one of her own organs to him.

Speaking about that time, he said: ''It was scary, because you're facing death. But you gotta understand, I seen my first murder at eight years old, growing up in Bed-Stuy. And that generation of crack and AIDS, so I faced it. I come from the ghetto, man. From the ghetto-ghetto ghetto. My jungle gym was an actual jungle.''
