Kate Middleton and Prince William are to embark on an exciting jungle adventure later this year, when the Royals visit Malaysia as part of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee tour.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are travelling to Malaysia, Singapore, the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu, in celebration of the Queen’s 60th year on the throne.

The trip is just one of many being undertaken by members of the Royal Family, who are travelling around the world representing the monarch during this important celebration year.

And while on the Malaysian island of Borneo, Kate and Wills will trek through Sabah, which is home to some of the world’s most exotic and rare animals, including the endangered Bornean orangutan.

They’ll also get the chance to see the Asian elephant and the Sumatran rhinoceros during the trip, as well as 15,000 species of flowering plants and 420 species of birds.

Other details also emerged about the couple’s trip, which begins on Tuesday September 11 and finishes on September 19.

Duchess Kate and Prince William will touch down in Singapore on the 11th, then move onto Malaysia on the 13th, stopping off in Kuala Lumpur and Sabah, Borneo, before arriving in the Solomon Islands on Sunday September 16.

Then on the last day of their trip, Wednesday September 19, Kate and William will move onto Tuvalu, which is the fourth smallest country in the world, where they’ll enjoy an overnight stay in the country's only hotel, before heading back to the UK.

The couple are extremely excited about their upcoming trip, and back in June Kate revealed William had even been practicing his dance moves in anticipation of their visit to the Solomon Islands.

According to itv.com, the Prince said: "We're extremely excited. Both of us have never been anywhere near there,” before a giggling Kate added: "William's been practising his dance moves."

After that admission we cannot wait to see the photos and videos from this upcoming Royal tour!
