Katie Holmes and her daughter Suri Cruise are believed to have been involved in a minor car crash in New York last night, but luckily escaped without any injuries.
Drama unfolded after a sanitation truck reportedly backed into a black Mercedes Benz S550 which is owned by Katie, leaving the luxury car with scrapes and a dent.
But according to X17online.com, both Katie and Suri, who are thought to have been travelling in the back seat of the chauffeur driven sedan at the time of the collision, were left unscathed.
The accident happened as the girls left Chelsea Piers, where little Suri takes gymnastics classes.
It’s the latest drama for the Holmes/Cruise clan, coming just two weeks after it was announced that Katie is to divorce Tom Cruise, her husband of five-and-a-half years and Suri’s father.
But it looks like this will be one celebrity divorce that fails to drag on and on, after the couple confirmed a settlement had been agreed on last week.
Exact details of the agreement have not been released, but Katie is thought to have been granted primary custody of Suri, while Tom is expected to hold onto the majority of his reported £230 million fortune, in accordance with their pre-nuptial agreement.
