Harry Styles left “furious” after being chased by over-excited fans

One Direction singer Harry Styles is said to have been left “furious” after being hounded by fans as he tried to enjoy a trip back home to see his parents.

The 18-year-old curly-haired cutie was driving back to the house in Cheshire, when over-excited fans flooded round his Range Rover, stopping the star from driving any further.

Harry decided to get out and sign autographs for the crowds, before getting back into his car and being forced to park at a neighbour’s house because his own driveway was blocked.

And the groups of fans didn’t leave it there, hassling the teen as he tried to get inside to see his family – something which is said to have left him absolutely fuming.

One onlooker told The Sun newspaper: “He was furious. He doesn’t mind signing autographs but when he can’t get in his front door it is ridiculous.”

Harry and his four bandmates - Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson – are used to being crowded by over-excited fans wherever they go.

The boys even had to up their security during their US tour, when sneaky fans managed to storm past their security team to swarm Liam and Niall as they tried to grab some fast food. Other fans have hidden in bins in a bid to fool the band's bouncers.

But despite the fact the 1D boys are usually more than happy to stop to chat to fans, it seems that on this occasion the attention got too much for poor Hazza, who was hoping for a quiet night catching up with family and friends.

He’s not the only one to have to deal with over-excitable fans; it emerged today that Justin Bieber - who the 1D lads are friends with incidentally -  had to be ‘saved’ by Brian McFadden during a recent appearance on Australia’s Got Talent, when a fan stormed the stage to try to get to him.
