Justin Bieber had to be ‘rescued’ by Brian McFadden after an overexcited fan stormed the stage on Australia’s Got Talent.
The 18-year-old Canadian singer was giving a performance on the talent show - and serenading a flattered Dannii Minogue - when 14-year-old Amilia Radevska decided to grab her opportunity to meet the star.
The youngster ran up on stage and made her way towards Biebs while he was being interviewed by host Grant Denyer after singing a medley of his hit singles.
But she was caught in her tracks by former Westlife singer and AGT judge Brian McFadden and heard shouting “stop it Brian” as she struggled to get free.
Amilia told the Herald Sun: "I was looking around and saw a crack in security and thought 'Now or never.”
She added: "He [Justin] told me he loved me and it was all okay before I was dragged away."
The incident took place during a pre-recorded session for AGT and it’s not known if it will make it onto TV when the show airs on Wednesday this week (July 18).
Biebs, 18, is used to be hounded by fans wherever he goes in the world and has even taken to Twitter in the past to urge followers to calm down.
Earlier this year the star was forced to take to his Twitter page to plead with fans to behave themselves in Norway after police threatened to cancel a concert the teen singer was performing for free.
Bieber wrote on his Twitter page: “For the show to happen u must all listen to the police. we are all concerned for your safety and i want what is best for u. please listen [sic].”
The youngster shot to success when he was aged just 15 after being spotted on YouTube performing a mixture of R&B songs.
Since then he’s become one of the biggest names in the music industry, regularly topping album and singles chats and touring the globe.
