Zayn Malik flies home to be with Perrie Edwards

Here’s a heart-warming story for a Tuesday evening: Zayn Malik is missing girlfriend Perrie Edwards so much, he has flown home from the US for a quick cuddle (well, either that or he has some important business back in Blighty to attend to, but we prefer the romantic option).

And it will be a quick cuddle – he has to be back in Dallas for the next One Direction show on June 23.

While the 1D boys are enjoying some well-earned downtime from their American tour, Zayn was spotted at LAX airport, getting ready to board a flight back to London.

According to celeb website Entertainment Wise, the heart-throb was wearing a denim jacket, faded pink t-shirt, black jeans and red, grey and white trainers, as he made his way through the airport.

Zayn and Perrie confirmed they were an item when Zayn returned from 1D’s last tour in May.

But they had little time to spend together before One Direction returned to the US and Perrie headed into the studio with her fellow Little Mix ladies.

The gorgeous singer’s mum gave Zayn her seal of approval and told The Sun: “Their first date was at the cinema. Zayn is still on tour, so most of the relationship is being conducted over texts, calls and emails.”

Well not anymore: it seems Zayn can’t stand being apart any longer and he is making the long journey home to catch up with his girl. How romantic…
