Peter Andre has jetted out to Australia after finding out his brother Andrew is ill.
The pop star and TV personality is very close to his family, and jumped on a plane as soon as he found out about the ‘family emergency’.
Pete, 38, hasn’t revealed exactly what is wrong with his brother, but told Now magazine that he would be remaining in Australia until Andrew is better.
He told the magazine: “It's been a really difficult week to be honest.
”At the moment I'm not sure when I'll be back as I want to stay here for as long as Andrew needs me.”
Pete revealed that his ex-wife Katie Price is looking after their children while he is in Australia with his brother and other members of his family.
“Fortunately their mum was due to have them over half-term so, timings wise, it's worked out quite well me having to go to Australia,” Pete explained.
“I call them every day and have explained to them that uncle Andrew is poorly, so they understand why I'm away.”
We’re wishing Andrew a speedy recovery. Leave you get well soon messages for Andrew using the comments facility on the site.
