We always knew Robert Pattinson was a lovely lad but he’s just gone another step up the cute-ometer after he was spotted enjoying a dinner date with Kristen Stewart… and her mum (or mom if you’re across the pond).
The British heartthrob has been spending time getting to know Kristen’s family and yesterday he headed for a sushi date with his girl and her mamma (Jules Mann-Stewart), at Iwata in Sherman Oaks, California.
Lucky Twi-hard fan Sundy Carter and her daughter Deja were sitting next to the group and Sundy told Holywoodlife.com: “Rob, Kristen and her mom were extremely kind and friendly.
“They seemed very happy and down to earth. They took photos with my daughter, which was sweet of them.”
Rob looked mean and moody in a baseball cap in the snaps, while Kristen was her usual gorgeously natural self in a white v-neck t-shirt.
Prior to dinner, the trio were spotted indulging in some retail therapy at Kristen’s favourite vintage stores - American Vintage and Iguana Vintage Clothing.
An ‘eyewitness’ told the site Kristen and Rob were on their best behaviour in front of her mum, saying: “They didn’t hold hands or have any PDA, but I think that’s because they were trying to be respectful with her mom there.”
Kristen has previously enjoyed spending time with Rob’s family in the UK and the Pattinson’s will be looking forward to seeing a lot more of the couple, amidst reports they are looking to settle in London.
Late last year, Rob told Fancy magazine: “I’m searching for a home in London at the moment. While viewing the house, lots of strange thoughts popped up in my mind. Can paparazzi park their cars in front of this house? Are strange fans able to camp on my pavement? I think like a spy or a secret agent and that’s pretty weird.”
