Beyoncé’s celebrity friends all said she’d make a great mum, but the star has obviously decided to recruit a little extra help for when she can’t be around 24/7 – by hiring six nannies!

According to reports, the Love On Top singer wants to make sure her daughter Blue Ivy Carter has the “best of care” - and decided the way to do this was to make sure the baby girl has plenty of people to look after her when Bey can’t be around.

A friend reportedly told In Touch that Beyoncé has two nannies on call at all times, and that little Blue’s “diaper is changed almost every hour”.

We're sure most of the nappy changing duties fall to the singer and her rapper hubby though, as Bey previously spoke about being "hands-on" parents, telling Star magazine: "[Jay-Z] will change diapers, of course he will. He is going to be a very hands-on father.

”He has already said publicly that providing isn’t love. Love is being there. Love is doing the little things for your child."

Blue Ivy arrived on January 9, and is clearly the apple of her parents’ eyes. Proud daddy Jay-Z even featured the tot’s cute gurgles and cries on his latest hit Glory, and credited her officially on the track under the initials B.I.C. (Blue Ivy Carter).

Meanwhile, Beyoncé is just one of many stars who have been linked to a job on the judging panel for X Factor USA.

Earlier in the week it emerged that host Steve Jones and judges Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul will not be returning for a second series of the show.

Since then, stars including new mum Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Mariah Carey and even former X Factor USA panellist Cheryl Cole have been tipped as replacements.

X Factor UK judge Tulisa Contostavlos also sparked rumours that she is to join the show, after being spotted jetting into LA earlier in the week.
