Pippa Middleton has been showcasing an enviable winter wardrobe of late, today stepping out in a gorgeous black and white coat and black suede knee-high boots.

Pip should try swapping her trademark sunglasses for a winter hat however, as her flowing locks looked a little windswept as she headed to her London office.

The stunning 28 year old has been proving that keeping cosy doesn’t mean you have to opt for frumpy, unflattering garments.

Yesterday she sported a sweet, knitted, heart print dress and last week wowed in a stunning white coat, as she went ice skating at Somerset House.

Despite her recent split from boyfriend Alex Loudon and reports she has been struggling with her new-found fame, Pip seems determined to make the most of the festive period, with ice skating just the start of her celebrations.

The Middletons like to do Christmas in style and the family website, Party Times, which Pippa writes for, recently published a guide to the festive season, with tips on everything from making delicious foodie treats to decorating the tree.

The site advises: “Wonderful festive treats include Christmas popcorn (caramelized and dusted with cinnamon) chocolate snowball truffles (coated in desiccated coconut) or chunks of gooey marshmallow-filled rocky road. Hand these out as end of term gifts or to family members, sealed in festive christmas party boxes.” Sounds delicious.

Big sister Kate will spend Christmas with the Royal family at Sandringham, where she is set to have a busy day.

Royal etiquette expert Jean Broke-Smith told Grazia magazine: “Kate will need a casual outfit for breakfast, a smart outfit - and a hat - for the morning church service, a dress for lunch, a cocktail dress for early evening drinks and a full-length dress for the evening meal.”
