New X Factor judge Kelly Rowland is the envy of many a woman, with her super-flat stomach and slimline frame.
Now the effortlessly glam 30-year-old, who used to be one-third of girl band Destiny’s Child, has revealed exactly how she gets that body-to-die-for – and it takes just 20 minutes a day.
Unfortunately though it involves a good bit of hard work. “Ladies the only way is sit-ups, sit-ups, and more sit-ups,” the US star explained to heat magazine.
“I’m not rigid, like I have to do them every day at 7am, Kelly continued. “I just do 200 whenever I have time. When exercise becomes too regimental, it can be intimidating.
“You ladies should be like ‘oh, there’s 10 minutes until The X Factor starts – I can do a quick 100 sit-ups.”
As well as loads of sit-ups, Kelly also does yoga and uses an exercise bike for around 30 minutes a day, giving her the toned abs and sexy figure she’s famous for.
The X Factor returns this weekend when the acts who made it through from Bootcamp will battle against each other at the Judges’ Houses stage.
