The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton has been named Queen of High Street fashion in a new poll. She beat Cheryl Cole to the title and her sister, Pippa, was third. The Girls Aloud singer coming between the stylish sisters.
In a survey commissioned by shopping website VoucherCodes.co.uk, Brits were asked to rate who they thought were the worst and best dressed celebrities.
Footballer’s wife Coleen Rooney and The Saturdays singer Mollie King were fourth and fifth respectively.
The website’s co-founder Duncan Jennings said: “It's fantastic to see celebrities and even royals opting to shop on the high street, rather than splash out on expensive designer brands.
"The impact of a high-profile celebrity such as Kate Middleton being seen in high street clothes has been proven to have a fantastic impact on sales, with some items selling out within hours."
Meanwhile at the disgraced end of the High Street, X Factor star Cher Lloyd was rated as the worst dressed.
She was followed by Katie Price, Kerry Katona, Natalie Cassidy and Celebrity Big Brother housemate Amy Childs.
