Pippa Middleton and Prince Harry have sparked rumours of romance once again after it was revealed the pair have met up “at least five times” since the royal wedding.
Prince William’s brother and Kate Middleton’s sister have become firm friends since playing their roles of best man and maid of honour on the big day on April 29.
In fact according to Grazia magazine, Pip, 27, and Harry, 26, have become so close that they even have playful nicknames for each other now.
Brunette beauty Pippa calls the prince “Captain” in reference to his military rank while Harry apparently calls the events planner “Commando” – allegedly referring to the whisperings that she opted to wear no underwear under her clingy white bridesmaid dress.
Stories that the pair were set to become an item started after Harry was seen whispering “you do look very beautiful today, seriously” to Pippa on the balcony of Buckingham Palace as Wills and Kate sealed their marriage with a kiss.
Apparently the prince also said “Pippa, call me” at the end of his best man’s speech at the wedding reception, after the pair spent the day cracking each other up.
Of course the fact that Harry is believed to be separated from on-off girlfriend Chelsy Davy at the moment, and stories that Pippa is taking a “trial separation” from boyfriend Alex Loudon, will only add fuel to the fire that the newly single pair are set for romance.
One source told the magazine that the prince and Pippa have become good friends and regularly catch up on each other’s news.
“They speak on the phone all the time and have met up at least five times since the wedding, once for tea at his Clarence House apartments... She [Pippa] thinks he’s got a really cheeky sense of humour,” the insider said.
