X Factor star Leona Lewis has spoken out to slam the Grand National.
The singer, who is well known for her strong feelings on animal rights, believes that the horse race is cruel.
She apparently told her followers on twitter that she thinks that the National Hunt race is “bulls**t”.
Lewis tweeted: "F**k the grand national.
"How about we put down the little tts that running those poor horses into the ground. can't stand this bullst. (sic)"
Leona recently hit the headlines when she was appointed The Body Shop's new Brand Activist, supporting cruelty-free make-up.
She said in a statement: "I'm passionate about beauty and I'm all about animal rights.
"As a result, I'm really conscious of where the products that I use come from.
“The Body Shop sells cruelty free, ethical products containing amazing Community Fair Trade ingredients. The collaboration is a natural fit!"
