As Coleen Rooney turns to her family for support, Wayne’s relatives have taken to Twitter to air their disgust at the footballer’s alleged behaviour.
Cousin Stephen Rooney Tweeted: “Team Coleen. He’s disgusting.”
Other cous, Natalie Rooney, wrote: “You’re an utter disgrace to the family. Poor Colly. I really do feel for her.”
Their rants are in response to reports in the News of the World that Wayne bedded a prostitute whilst Coleen was pregnant with baby Kai.
Far from staying to face the music, Wayne has now jetted off to Switzerland with the England team, whilst Coleen is left behind to contemplate the future of their marriage.
Given that it’s not the first time Wayne has played away from home (so to speak), many think this will be the final nail in the coffin for the young couple.
