Katie Price and Alex Reid enjoyed a lavish second wedding, and although their honeymoon was slightly ruined by press intrusion, the pair are now settling into life in the Reid household with Katie’s kids, staff and a new addition.
Speaking in his Star magazine column, Alex revealed it’s not just Katie he is enjoying running around after. He has fallen in love with a micropig called Bingle that the couple were given as a wedding present.
He said: “I’m very attached to him and have even given up eating pork because it was making me feel so guilty.
“I might even go the whole hog and turn vegetarian. Ha ha!”
Reid added: “Bingle has made me appreciate pigs more – they are so intelligent.
“I wasn’t sure in the beginning, but now I go in the house and call him and he runs to me.
“Kate’s been getting jealous because he prefers me!”
Alex also revealed that he will have to start literally bringing home the bacon as he and Katie have just got a joint mortgage on a brand new mansion.
