The Britain’s Got Talent Live Tour finally hits Glasgow tonight to show audiences what its acts are made of, before moving to Edinburgh tomorrow.

The audience will be treated to a show complete with magicians, dancers, comedians, acrobats and musicians, proving that variety performance is alive and kicking.

Highlights of the night are sure to include performances from Janey Cutler, the 81-year-old great gran, who wowed audiences on the programme with her impressively strong voice and wicked personality.

Winners Spellbound, who stunned TV audiences with their acrobatic displays, are sure to receive a warm welcome too, as is drummer Kieron Gaffney, dance duo Twist & Pulse and dog act Tina and Chandi.

There’s something for all ages, from classical music from singing accountant Christopher Stone, to something for the tweens in the form of boy band Connected, and one for the comedy fans with impressionist Paul Burling.

Presented by comedian Paddy McGuiness, famous from Phoenix Nights, audiences are sure to be kept in between performances from acts, as they try to prove that Britain really has got talent.
