She has become one of the most desirable actresses in the industry, not only to film producers, but also to press and fans.
Kristen has struggled to come to terms with the overwhelming attention she receives, particularly relating to her love life and rumoured relationship with Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson.
According to Ok! Magazine UK, K-Stew complained: "It’s so weird, that you have to be worried about people seeing things.
“You want to be excited about something, normal people can be excited about their lives, and I am, too, but it’s such a different thing.
"It comes out as entertainment for other people and that makes me want to throw up.”
It must be a tough life: millions in the bank, designer dresses, glittering career and hot boyfriend. Makes us sick too!
