Kris and make up: Kristen slags Rob's American accent
Robert Pattinson is one of the most in-demand actors in the world at the moment but it seems not everyone thinks his work is up to scratch.
Twilight co-star and rumoured girlfriend Kristen Stewart slagged the Brit boy’s attempts at an American accent during a recent interview on The Oprah Winfrey Show, due to be aired today in the US.
Rob was telling Oprah that he perfected his American voice by watching Hollywood movies. He then laughed: “But Kristen thinks I do the most terrible American accent.”
As reported by Reuters, Kristen was quick to defend herself saying: “No, no I don’t!”
She then chuckled: “Occasionally, some word will come out, and I’ll be like, ‘We don’t say that!’ ”
Perhaps it’s time for Kristen to give R-Pattz some private American phrase tuition? That would surely be ‘awesome!’
It is expected that millions of Twilight fans will tune into Oprah today to watch Kristen, Rob and Taylor Lautner talk about Eclipse and reveal details of their friendship. Twi-hards are particularly excited because rumours have been circulating that the interview will feature a section where Kristen and Rob will finally confirm they are a couple.
