She should be one of the happiest girls in Hollywood, but Kristen Stewart’s awkward demeanour often makes her appear like one of the most miserable, stand-offish actresses around.
Who can blame her for being a little nervous though? At just 20, the Twilight favourite has become one of the most popular actresses of the moment and her life has come under constant scrutiny from both the media and fans, desperate to get confirmation that she is in fact dating co-star Robert Pattinson.
Over the past few months though we have seen her soften on screen and relax a little more in interviews, partly through gaining experience in front of the camera, but also through learning how to deal with the interest in her life.
The Metro reports that Kristen has revealed she is finally getting to grips with the constant attention surrounding her and Rob which must be extremely hard to do considering she can’t enjoy regular dates like your average young couple in love.
She also said that her grumpy appearance is in fact down to nerves.
She told The Metro: “I get defensive and that has probably perpetuated people’s idea of me never smiling. I kind of shake my leg too, so people think I’m always uncomfortable.”
