Ear, what you saying?: Pattinson's deafening silence over rumours
You may not take cool, calm, collected actor Robert Pattinson for much of a joker but it has been revealed that the star actually has an extremely dry sense of humour – something which seems to go amiss with tabloid journalists.
Earlier this week, media outlets picked up on the report that Twilight star Pattinson “is terrified his screaming fans are making him deaf.”
Rob was reported as saying: "I'm almost completely deaf anyway. So I'm worried. I'm very worried."
Gossip Cop, always quick to pick up on tabloid tittle-tattle, has reported that R-Pattz was of course joking. There is nothing wrong with his perfectly formed lugs that are hidden beneath those rugged locks.
He was merely playing up the fact that thousands of screaming girls follow him wherever he goes.
A reporter who recently interviewed Pattinson told Gossip Cop, he’s a “teaser” and his ears appear to be in fine working order. Ear ear!
Meanwhile thousands of Robsessed fans have been queuing up to whisper sweet nothings into the ear of Robert’s waxwork which was unveiled at Madame Tussaud’s yesterday.
