Robert Pattinson is surrounded by thousands of screaming fans wherever he goes, but he has revealed it doesn’t bother him as he is ‘almost completely deaf’.
At the London premiere of his latest movie Remember Me, the noise from crowds of fans desperate to attract the heartthrob’s attention, was incredible.
Rob told The Metro: "I'm almost completely deaf anyway, from a few years back, I'm not too worried."
He then corrected himself and looked uneasy as he revealed: "No, I am worried, I'm very worried."
Although the Twilight star got the biggest cheer on the red carpet, he was joined by a host of other celebrities including Holly Valance, Dancing on Ice star Emily Atack and Scottish singer Sandi Thom.
After the screening, Pattinson went on to party with family and friends, at London eatery The Ivy.
