Rob's girls: Fans queue all night for audition.
Fans of Twilight star Robert Pattinson camped overnight this week in the hope they’d win a part in his latest DVD. Auditions for ROBSESSED 2 were held yesterday.
The supposedly secret casting was for some fans who will appear in the documentary talking about what their hero means to them.
However, around 1,000 girls got wind of this opportunity and queued up through the freezing night outside the Notting Hill office of Revolver Entertainment in London.
The first DVD – ROBSESSED was released exclusively through ASDA yesterday.
It tells of young Rob’s childhood and early rise to fame. Natalie Jones, who spent two hours queuing to be in the DVD said: ‘I just love him so much, I want to meet him and if I’m on the DVD then he might see me!’
A spokesman for Revolver Entertainment added: “Demand for ROBSESSED has completely exceeded all expectations, and so much has happened since the first ROBSESSED was made that we have commissioned a second.
“We put the word out that we were looking for some fans to be in the next ROBSESSED documentary, just via facebook, hoping a few dozen fanatics would show up.
“We couldn’t believe our eyes when we looked outside and up to 1,000 girls were standing in queue – it took us all night to get through them all and we discovered some real obsessives.”
