A US man will be the second man to give birth.
Pregnant Scott Moore - who was born female but had partial sex change therapy to turn him into a man - is due to give birth to his first biological child in the next few weeks.
Although Scott looks like a man, he still has female reproductive organs - because he couldn't afford surgery to make him a penis - after he spent $7,400 to have his 36DDD breasts reduced as a teenager.
Scott and his husband Thomas Moore - who already have two adopted children - are thrilled about the upcoming addition to their brood.
Scott - who started taking male homes aged 16 - said: "We know some people will criticise us but we are blissfully happy and not ashamed."
Thomas was also born a woman and underwent a sex change. Scott fell pregnant through the help of a male friend, who donated his sperm to the couple.
