Susan Boyle has hit out at claims that she is on the brink of having another emotional meltdown.
The 48-year-old denied reports that she was suffering from emotional exhaustion after claims that she had "broken down" after giving a performance in New York.
Susan's spokesman told the Daily Star that the singer was not having a "meltdown" and was simply "overjoyed" with the reception she received from her American fans.
He said: "They're completely untrue.
"Susan was overjoyed and extremely touched by a gift she had just received and the reception from her fans."
Meanwhile, Kasabian frontman Tom Meighan claimed that Susan Boyle was not fit to have an international singing career.
He told the Daily Record: "Look at Susan Boyle. It is appalling what they have done to her. She doesn't know, does she, bless her. Poor thing.
"They are making her into this massive star and it is ridiculous."
He added: "It will torture her for the rest of life. She is not ready for it and she is not made for it. She is being manipulated. It's horrible."
