Actress and budding fashion designer Lindsay Lohan has said that she’s “learned from her mistakes” and is ready to get her “career back in shape”.
Lohan has fallen from grace since starring in hits such as Mean Girls and Freaky Friday as a teenager, but has has been handed a role in Robert Rodriguez’s upcoming movie Machete.
She said of her reformed attitude: “I’ve had to cut so many people out of my life for so many reasons.
“I’m ready to work, I’m responsible, I’ve learned from my mistakes. “I feel like I want to get my career back in shape. I’m doing a movie this month.”
Li-Lo’s presence apparently caused mayhem at Paris fashion week when she made her debut as an "artistic adviser" to Emanuel Ungaro.
Hundreds of journalists flooded backstage after the catwalk show, hoping for a comment from the 23-year-old and Ungaro's new designer, Spaniard Estrella Archs.
Machete is set to be released on 16 April next year in the US, and also stars Robert De Niro, Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez, Danny Trejo, Rose McGowan - and even Steven Seagal.
