The late Michael Jackson is set to become the highest earning celebrity of 2010, with reports speculating that he could bring in an estimated £150 million. But predictions for the top ten celebrity earners next year also feature many British personalities, including Twilight star Robert Pattinson.
At just 23, Robert has shot to fame through the Twilight franchise and he has become one of the most sought after actors in Hollywood.
contactmusic.com predicts Robert will make it into the top ten alongside Victoria and David Beckham, Lewis Hamilton and Pattinson’s former co-stars, Harry Potters’ Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson.
The list was devised by licensing and merchandising experts across Europe and also includes pop diva’s Lady Gaga and Britney Spears, footballer Cristiano Ronaldo and Elvis Presley.
Pattinson is currently filming Twilight Eclipse and has Unbound Captives and Bel Ami in the pipeline. With Twilight Breaking Dawn also to be scheduled in, it looks like 2010 is going to be a nice little earner for Britain’s hottest export.
