Does Simon Cowell carry a torch for Cheryl Cole?

Does Simon Cowell carry a torch for Cheryl Cole?

It’s been pointed out in the last few weeks by some discerning observers (ie: all of us!) that a certain Mr Cowell has been a little over-tactile towards the stunner sat to his right every Saturday night.

Sorry Dannii, not you! I am, of course, talking about the lovely Cheryl Cole.

Arms draped seductively over the back of her chair, loving sideways glances, whispering sweet nothings into her perfect ear (ok, I made the last bit up). However, can we deny that he definitely has a soft spot for the cute Geordie?

Simon Cowell’s in luuuuurrrve!!

After three everyone… “Simon and Cheryl up a tree….” Ok, immature and not strictly accurate but I think the X Factor show could do with a solid injection of love angst.

I, for one, would fully back it. Cheryl needs an upgrade from that horrid love-rat footballer – I had my money on Peter Andre but hey, if he’s not brave enough to make a move, then she could do worse (look at poor Jordan with the cross-dressing boxer!).

So whilst all of us are focusing on which torrid twists and turns will happen this week, and which of the actual singers will lose to Jedward…. or worse whether we’ll (GASP) lose Jedward (noooooo - it’ll be a crime if they leave before Lloyd), we should keep an eye on the side show… oh yes, Mr Scowl and what moves he’ll pull on his fellow judge this week… nudge nudge!

I'm afraid MS Firths articles do not stimulate me!

TV soaps have given us enough serial affairs for all characters without live shows doing it!

However she probably thinks that just as the X factor is no longer a singing competition this is not a writing one and we can let her be the Jedward equivalent!

I hope they do get together, bit of a long shot, but would be amazing! I'm surprised Simon Cowell hasn't already got off with one of the other judges just to boost viewing figures!

Note to the 'Pragmatic punter', if Ms Firth's articles do not stimulate you, then I suggest that you simply do not read them. Furthermore, it is a bit bold to criticise someones writing abilities when you have made a few grammatical errors in that rubbish you wrote above!
