T in the Park adds more acts to line-up including Alt-J, Delilah, Willy Moon and Bwani Junction

With three weeks until the festival kicks into gear, T in the Park have announced a new raft of artists set to appear at Balado.

Taking place from July 6 to 8, headliners include The Stone Roses, Snow Patrol and Kasabian, with the likes of Nicki Minaj and Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds also set to appear.

The latest acts to be confirmed for T 2012 are Alt-J, Delilah, Willy Moon, Bwani Junction, Organs of Love, Hares, Bo Bruce, The Chevin, The Original Rudeboys and The Beautiful Word.

Cambridge based four-piece Alt-J will be showcasing sounds from their debut album An Awesome Wave, declared as "immensely powerful" and "heartbreakingly wonderful” by The Guardian.

British singer-songwriter Delilah recently collaborated with dub step giants Chase & Status on single Time, with album From the Roots Up set for release later this summer.

There’s some Scottish additions, including Edinburgh quartet Bwani Junction, who performed on the T Break Stage last year. They boast a wide range of influences from reggae to afro beat to indie-pop. Optimo favourites and Glasgow-based duo Organs of Love also bring their unique blend of electronica.

Tickets for T in the Park are currently on sale from ticketmaster.com and by calling 08444 999 990.
