The Scotch Snap: Snoop Lion and top-earning DJs

This week we look at the maths of reincarnation. That's just another way of saying that it's not possible for Snoop Dogg Lion to be Bob Marley.

We're also looking at the highest earning DJs in the world and being a little bit sick. Plus we listen to new reviews and smell Madonna's farts. Classy.

Releases shown: Pink - Blow Me (One Last Kiss) (out now); Splashh - Need It (out now); Madonna - Turn Up the Radio (out now); Churches - Lies (out now)

*Musical note: the Scotch Snap technically consists of a stressed (ie on the beat) sixteenth note, or semiquaver, followed by a dotted eighth note or quaver. Usually dotted rythms have the longer note first; it is that reversal of expectation that makes the snap so distinctive. It is a key rhythmic signature of Scottish traditional music.
