Rick Astley’s career has spanned over 25 years, the singer selling in excess of 19 million records, with a string of 8 consecutive number ones under his belt.

He is playing Glasgow’s Oran Mor venue on Sunday October 21.

Tickets are priced £22.50, and will be on sale this Friday at 9am from gigsinscotland.com or by phoning 08444 999 990.

In 2008 debut single Never Gonna Give You Up became one of the most viewed pop video of all time on YouTube – with over 51 million views to date – due to the unstoppable phenomenon of Rickrolling.

This earned him a nomination at the MTV Europe Music Awards for Best Act Ever. This year marks the 25th Anniversary of Rick’s first single.
