Scotch Snap: London Calling, sexy tunes and the Will.I.Am lyric generator

Nobody listens to the lyrics any more, do they? London Calling being used to encourage people to visit the English capital? Presumably we'll use Ballboy's I Hate Scotland during the commonwealth games?

There was a list made of the sexiest songs of all time. Needless to say, it's weird. Oh, and we've spared no budget to bring you the Will.I.Am random lyric generator.

Releases shown: R Kelly - Share My Love (out now); The Offspring - Days Go By (out now); Will.I.Am - This is Love (out now); Metric - Youth Without Youth (from Synthetica, out now); Birdhead - Tourist (out now)

*Musical note: the Scotch Snap technically consists of a stressed (ie on the beat) sixteenth note, or semiquaver, followed by a dotted eighth note or quaver. Usually dotted rythms have the longer note first; it is that reversal of expectation that makes the snap so distinctive. It is a key rhythmic signature of Scottish traditional music.
