New Scottish singer David John has been signed to the same management label as Diddy and 50 Cent – find out why by watching this exclusive acoustic performance of chart smash Without You.
The hit song is by French superstar DJ David Guetta, featuring vocals by Usher.
Released in October, it hit the top 10 of the UK singles chart, and had the accolade of being feature in Glee, where it was sung by Lea Michele’s character.
David’s had something of a fairytale story - born and raised just outside of Glasgow, he had pretty much given up on his dream of stardom when by chance he was spotted by a record label talent-spotter while jamming with a band in Spain.
He soon found himself on a plane to New York, and signed up to Violator Records & Management, who have looked after the likes of Diddy, Mariah Carey, Busta Rhymes and 50 Cent.
On May 14 David releases debut single Mr. Fantastic, and he recently supported 50 Cent on his sold-out European stadium tour – as well as hanging out with the likes of Snoop Dogg.
