Make way for the queen: Madonna is coming to Edinburgh
It’s an exciting morning when you can announce Madonna is coming to Edinburgh as part of her 2012 World Tour!
Fresh from impressing with her Bridgestone Super Bowl halftime performance, the queen of pop is getting ready to once more take the world by storm with a musical extravaganza.
The Madonna 2012 World Tour begins May 29 2012 in Tel Aviv, Israel, it was officially announced by Live Nation Entertainment, the tour’s international promoter.
The shows will include arenas, stadiums and special outdoor sights including the Plains of Abraham in Quebec and a return visit to South America and Australia where she has not performed in 20 years.
The legendary performer will then bring her show to 26 European cities including Edinburgh, London, Paris, Milan and Berlin.
She will play Edinburgh’s Murrayfield Stadium on July 21.
Tickets go on sale at 10am this Friday, February 10. Scottish fans can buy them from www.gigsinscotland.com More information can be found at www.livenation.co.uk.
Tickets for the Murrayfield gig range in price from £125/£80/£75/£70/£60/£45.
