Union J are rumoured to considering JLS star Oritsé Williams as their manager.
The band are trying to decide whether to hire Williams or X Factor Louis Walsh to manage them.
A source told The Sun: “The boys had a massive wobble over Louis Walsh.
“Louis has management experience but Oritsé has youth and the knowledge of being in their shoes on his side.
“People think Louis is past it for a band like this.”
Union J finished fourth in the latest series of The X Factor and recently signed a record deal with Sony.
Speaking about their signing on Daybreak , Union J member Jaymi Hensley said: "It's amazing. It's been a crazy week.
"Obviously when we came out of the show the dream was to get a record deal and we're going to Sony to sort out all the contracts and stuff.”
