Girls Aloud announced their return today for a massive nationwide tour which coincides with their ten year anniversary.
In a special press conference, broadcast online at Girlsaloud.com, Cheryl, Kimberley, Nadine, Nicola and Sarah announced that they were releasing a new single and a new album ahead of the tour.
Irish bombshell Nadine said: "Coming back together and being in the studio and having all of our voices on a song together is so excting. Theres something really amazing about performing together.
"We're in that mode where we've got all these great songs and we just need to wait and see how the fans react."
The girls will perform together in public for the first time in three years on November 16, when they appear on Children In Need. Their new single Something New, which was released yesterday, is the official single for this year's charity event.
Ten, a greatest hits album spanning the decade since the girl group formed, will also include four new tracks and is released on November 26. It will also include a second disc, with fans able to vote online for the songs they want to feature.

Yesterday the Official Charts Company revealed that they were the biggest selling girl group of the 21st century, with over 4.3 million singles sales and 20 Top 10 hits. Sound of the Underground, The Promise, I'll Stand By You and Walk This Way with the Sugababes all went to Number 1.
Speaking at the press conference Nadine thanked fans, saying: "Even when we stopped [touring] the support from the Girls Aloud fans is unbelievable. The fact that we're here, we're together, and you still want to see us, is a wonderful feeling."
Asked about the three years the girls were apart, Cheryl said: "Its important and it was good that we were challenged, just as people. [Three years ago] we were kind of morphing into one personality at the end, so this is normality for us. The last three years have been kind of weird."
