British singers JLS are tipped to succeed in the difficult American market as record bosses court them and radio stations play their latest single.
The band, who were pipped to the post by Alexandra Burke in last year’s X-Factor, are in talks with Jive Records and Epic.
Jive, the home of Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, and Epic, with Shakira and the late Michael Jackson on the books, have both offered them a contract.
A record industry insider told The Sun: “With Jive behind them the band have a very good chance of going all the way in America."
Their single, Everybody In Love, is currently being played on heavy rotation on several US radio stations, and could see JLS become massive stars Stateside.
Since their stint on X-Factor, the band have sold more than a million copies of their debut album and picked up two MOBO awards last year.
This month they were nominated for three Brit awards including Best British Group.
