Good luck Susan Boyle from your fans

Sunday is the first live show in the final week of Britain’s Got Talent, and whilst everyone has their favourite act, Susan Boyle has remained the most talked about star to emerge from the show.

The singing sensation has found celebrity fans in Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, Jay Leno, Oprah Winfrey and closer to home, Leon Jackson, Michelle McManus, her idol Elaine Paige and even Matt Lucas.

Now it’s your chance to wish Susan luck and tell her what her performance meant to you.

STV put out a plea for members of the public to send Susan good luck messages, and we were inundated with kind words from around the world.

Read a small selection of the emails here.

Lesley Forrester from Quebec, Canada puts her exam success down to Susan.  She told us: Thanks to Susan Boyle I passed my Algebra final at McGill University in Montreal.  It is absolutely true.  I am a 50 year old adult student, and in early April I was discouraged with my Math course.  I was dreading the final exam, and I was going to throw in the towel and drop the course.  But following Susan’s wonderful appearance on Britain’s Got Talent, I was inspired to keep and studying and not give up!   I sat down at the dining room table and I just did it.  This is the lesson we have all learned from this wonderful humble woman.  And what a voice!!  Good luck for the rest of the competition Susan!  You have made us all so happy!

And, proving Susan really has conquered the world, D Achmad and friends from Indonesia wrote: firstime i saw u on the stage (in youtube) i was wondering, what are you going to perform? but when u start singing....wow...i'm speechless...what a talent do you have...you've got my support and all my friend here...we like to see you be the winner of the competition...we wish it to be happen...
and we hope that you can achieve your dream...to be like Elaine Paige someday...thank you and good luck susan...

And William Henderson from the UK, who runs a Susan Boyle fansite www.susanboyle-bgt.co.uk,  summed up what many fans are thinking: Good luck Susan! Behind you all the way. Would love to meet you some day.
