As we are down to the final four celebrities, the Dancing on Ice contestants are missing close friends they have made on the show.
We caught up with Jessica Taylor who told us how much she is missing Roxanne Pallett, after she was voted off the show two weeks ago.
Jess said: “It was brilliant having Roxy here, cause we were really close.
“We always spent this whole day and Saturday together, in and out of each others dressing rooms and stuff, so it’s weird now she’s gone.”
Jessica’s professional partner Pavel confirmed this by saying: “Jess got really close to Roxy.”
In a short time the girls really bonded and were there for each other during difficult times on the show. Jess said: “We would just support each other and encourage each other. I know I’ve still got that support from her.”
At this point in the interview, a package was delivered to Jessica’s dressing room. On opening it Jess said: “Cakes – aw it’s so sweet.” Roxanne had ordered a box of pretty fairy cakes to be delivered to her new found friend, to cheer her up and show she was thinking of her.
Jessica read the note aloud: “To Jess, go out there and show them how a real star shines. Love you lots, I’ll be watching and voting, little sis Rox.” Very sweet.
The kind gesture appreared to really affect the former Liberty X star and she said: “I really miss her I’m so used to being with her all the time here, it’s weird.”
Jess told us: “I think Roxy has been doing a bit of Jess campaigning this week. Anyone who voted for her, she wants them to vote for us now.”
Whilst these girls clearly shared a special bond, it emerged today that it wasn’t all love and friendship backstage. Roxy may have been good friends with Jessica but if speculation is true, it appears she wasn’t as keen on Zoe Salmon, branding her a fake. You can read the full article about this here.
