If you’re looking for a movie for the younger members of the family then Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules will be right up your street.

The film is a sequel to last year’s surprise hit and is about a kid who makes wimpy look cool.

The family comedy is based on the bestselling follow-up novel by Jeff Kinney and follows the story of Greg Heffley, played by Zachary Gordon, and his older brother Rodrick, played by Devon Bostick.

Greg and Rodrick are back in middle school after the summer vacation and must deal with their parents’ misguided attempts to make them bond with each other.

There are currently five books in the Wimpy Kid series, with a sixth book in the works. The first book sold 43 million copies worldwide.

The first movie grossed a worldwide total of $75 million at the box office.
